Ever watched an animal in the Wild?  Its speed and grace.  The natural fluidity of its movements.  The brightness of its eyes and skin.  Its muscle tone and vigor.

Spent much time REALLY watching people in the street?  Looking beyond our social constructions of clothes and jobs to their body, their movement, their health?

Theres a BIG difference between the wild animal and the civilised human.  Even many of our top athletes pale in comparison.

I believe it is possible for all of us to obtain that same health and vigor that the wild animal has.  We just need to get back to a more natural way of eating, moving and living.  This blog will document my experiences and successes in becoming a WILD man!

About the Author:

My name is John Munro, I was raised by a naturopath (sounds a bit like raised by wolves, and maybe thats appropriate) so have always had a tendency to look to nature for solutions to problems with health and wellbeing.  Later in life I studied and practiced Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Chinese philosophy puts great emphasis on following the DAO, the path or way of the universe, in order to attain health, longevity and wellbeing.  I see what I am writing about here as a natural progression towards achieving the Dao of health.
